How to add team members, set up their profiles, assign services, configure roles, and manage employee accounts.
Add Employees
Employees are the foundation of every Service Provider branch -- customers choose a specific employee when making a booking. For Private Space branches, employees are optional. You'll find the management at Admin > Employees.
Creating a New Employee
From an Existing User
If the person already has an account in the system: click Add Employee > Existing User, search by name or email, and confirm.
New User Account
- Click Add Employee > New User.
- Fill in first and last name, email, and optionally phone.
- Upload a profile photo.
- Click Create -- the employee will receive an email invitation.
Employee Profile
Public profile (visible to customers): name, photo, bio/description with specializations, expertise tags.
Private details (visible only in admin): email, phone, internal notes.
Color Coding
Assign a color to each employee in their detail -- bookings will then appear in the corresponding color in the calendar for quick orientation.
Assigning Services
In the employee detail, go to the Services section and check the services they provide. Customers will then only see employees who offer the selected service when booking.
For each assigned service, you can set an individual price that overrides the base price (e.g., senior stylist 600 CZK vs. junior 400 CZK). If you don't set an individual price, the service's base price is used.
Services must first be created in the Services & Products section. An employee without assigned services won't appear to customers when booking.
Roles and Permissions
| Role | What They Can Do |

| Administrator | Full access to all settings, employee management, financial overview |
| Employee | Access to their own calendar, manage their bookings, basic statistics |
| View Only | Can view the calendar and bookings but cannot make changes |
You set the role when creating an employee or change it later in their detail. A single user can be an employee at multiple branches simultaneously -- with a different schedule, services, and prices at each.
Deleting an Employee
In the employee detail, scroll to the bottom and click Delete Employee.
Deletion is irreversible. Existing bookings will be preserved, but the employee will no longer appear in the calendar or for new bookings.
