Configure Branch
After creating your account and first branch, it's time to configure it in detail. This section will guide you through all the settings you need so your branch works exactly as you envision and customers can book seamlessly.
Where to Find the Settings
All branch settings are available in the admin panel at https://vasefirma.reservine.me/admin/settings/branch/. In the left menu, click Settings and select the relevant branch.
Recommended Configuration Order
We recommend configuring settings in this order -- each step builds on the previous one:

Three Timeslot Modes
One of the most important decisions is choosing a timeslot mode. Reservine offers three modes, each suited for a different type of business:

The timeslot mode is set at the branch level. If you operate multiple branches of different types, each can have a different mode.
Branch Type
Reservine distinguishes two basic branch types that affect the entire booking process:
- Private Space (PrivateSpace) -- the customer books a space as a whole (court, room, studio)
- Service Provider (ServiceProvider) -- the customer selects a specific employee and service
The branch type is set during onboarding and cannot be changed later. Learn more about the differences on the Branch General Info page.
