How to set up the name, address, contact details, main photo, and understand the branch type in Reservine.
Branch General Info
General information is the first thing customers will see about your branch. Properly filled-in details increase credibility and make it easier for customers to find you.
Where to Find the Settings
Go to Admin > Settings > Branch > General or directly to https://vasefirma.reservine.me/admin/settings/branch/{id}/general.
Branch Name and Description
- In the Branch Name field, enter a clear and concise name that customers will see on the public page. For example: "Vinohrady Tennis Center" or "Beauty Salon Brno".
- In the Description field, write a short text (1--3 sentences) that captures what your branch offers. The description will appear on the public branch profile and in the booking widget.
The branch name appears to customers in the booking form, in confirmation emails, and on invoices. Choose it to be unambiguous -- especially if you operate multiple branches.
Main Photo
The main photo (avatar) is the calling card of your branch. It will appear as the primary image in the branch list and on the branch detail page.
- Click the photo upload area.
- Select an image from your computer.
- In the crop editor, adjust the frame to capture the most important elements.
- Confirm the crop with the Save button.
The recommended format is a square or wide-angle image with a minimum resolution of 800x600 px. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WebP.
Address and Map
The branch address is used for map display and customer navigation.
- Start typing the address in the Address field -- the system will offer autocomplete suggestions powered by Google Maps.
- Select the correct address from the suggestions.
- The map will automatically update to show your branch location.
- If the automatic location isn't precise, you can manually move the pin on the map.
The address will be displayed to customers on the public branch page along with an interactive map with navigation capabilities.
Contact Details
Fill in the contact information so customers can easily reach you:
- Phone -- the main contact number. It will be displayed on the public branch page. Enter it with the country code (e.g., +420 601 234 567).
- Email -- email address for customer inquiries. System notifications may also be sent to this email.
- Website -- URL of your website (optional). Enter it including
https://.
Branch Type
Each branch in Reservine has one of two types that determines how the entire booking process works. The type is set during onboarding and is displayed in the branch settings as an informational field.
Private Space (PrivateSpace)
The customer books the entire space for a specific time. There's no need to select an employee -- the customer simply books the space.
Typical use cases:
- Tennis courts, squash courts, badminton halls
- Rehearsal rooms, recording studios, photography studios
- Meeting rooms, conference halls
- Escape rooms, party rooms
- Sports halls, private training gyms
How it works for customers:
- The customer selects a branch (space).
- They see the space availability in the calendar.
- They select a time (based on the timeslot mode).
- They complete the booking without selecting an employee.
Service Provider (ServiceProvider)
The customer selects a specific employee and service they want to use. Each employee has their own calendar and availability.
Typical use cases:
- Hair and beauty salons
- Massage studios
- Medical and dental offices
- Legal and financial consulting
- Auto repair shops
- Personal trainers, coaches
How it works for customers:
- The customer selects the service they want.
- They choose an employee (or let the system pick an available one).
- They see the selected employee's availability in the calendar.
- They choose a time and complete the booking.
The branch type cannot be changed after creation. If you realize you chose the wrong type, you'll need to create a new branch with the correct type. So think carefully about the type during onboarding.
How to Know Which Type to Choose?

Saving Changes
After filling in all the details, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Changes will take effect immediately on your branch's public page.
If you leave the page without saving, the system will warn you about unsaved changes.
