Accept Bookings

A complete guide to managing reservations - from the admin calendar and customer booking flow to cancellations and compensations.

Accept Bookings

This section covers the entire lifecycle of a reservation in Reservine - from the moment a customer starts selecting a time slot through to service completion or cancellation. You'll find guides for both administrators and for understanding the customer's perspective.

How the Sections Connect

The reservation process has two sides. The admin side (calendar, management, detail) is what you see as the operator. The customer side (booking flow, cart) is what your customers see when creating a reservation.

Both sides are connected in real time - as soon as a customer creates a reservation, it immediately appears in your calendar. Likewise, changes you make (cancellation, rescheduling) are reflected in the customer's account.

If you're just getting started with Reservine and haven't set up your calendar and services yet, we recommend going through the Getting Started and Branch Setup sections first.

Quick Start

If you want to start accepting bookings right away:

  1. Make sure you have at least one branch set up with services and employees
  2. Open the Calendar in the admin panel - this is your main working tool
  3. Share the link to your branch with customers so they can create reservations
  4. Monitor incoming reservations in the calendar and manage them from the reservation detail
