Setup Wizard

A detailed description of the 5-step branch setup wizard - from basic details through employees to opening hours.

Branch Setup Wizard

After your first login, Reservine will redirect you to the branch setup wizard (https://vasefirma.reservine.me/admin/branch-onboarding). The wizard consists of 5 steps and covers everything needed to start accepting bookings. Your progress is automatically saved - you can interrupt the wizard at any time and continue later.

Step 1: Branch Type Selection

Choose the branch type:

  • Private Space - for space rentals (courts, studios, meeting rooms)
  • Service Provider - for services with employee selection (salons, offices, consulting)

Step 2: Branch Details

Fill in the information that will be displayed to customers on the booking page. Optionally upload a main photo of your branch.

  • Branch name (required) - e.g., "Sparta Tennis Club" or "Beauty Salon"
  • Address (required) - the system offers Google Maps autocomplete for correct map display
  • Contact phone and email
  • Description - a short text about your branch

Step 3: Opening Hours

Set up the weekly opening hours schedule. For a quick start, use one of the preset templates:

For each day you can set from-to times, add multiple blocks (e.g., with a lunch break), or mark the day as closed. The Copy to weekdays and Copy to next day shortcuts speed up the setup.

Step 4: Employees

Add your team members. For the Service Provider type, customers choose a specific staff member, so at least one employee is required. For the Private Space type, this step is optional.

  1. Click Add Employee
  2. Fill in first and last name, optionally email (allows login to the system)
  3. Save - the employee will appear in the list

If the employee already has a Reservine account, you can link their profile to the existing account. This step can be skipped and employees can be added later in Admin > Employees.

Step 5: Completion

You'll see a setup summary. Click Finish and you'll be redirected to the admin calendar.

After Completing the Wizard

A setup guide panel will appear in the admin panel, walking you through 6 additional steps:

  1. Opening Hours - verify and adjust
  2. Services - service catalog with prices and durations
  3. Employees - add team members and availability
  4. Notifications - email alerts for new bookings
  5. Bookings - rules (minimum lead time, cancellation)
  6. Online Payments - connect Stripe

Each step is automatically marked as completed once done. The panel can be hidden at any time with the Skip Setup button.
