Credits and Billing

Managing credits for SMS, WhatsApp, and paid extensions, automatic top-ups, and billing information.

Credits and Billing

Credits are the internal currency in Reservine for paid services -- SMS notifications, WhatsApp messages, and extension subscriptions.

Credit System

Credits are a prepaid balance from which charges are automatically deducted. You can view your balance in Settings > Credits.

Topping Up Credits

Manual Top-Up

In Settings > Credits, click Top Up Credits, choose the amount, and confirm. Credits are added immediately.

Automatic Top-Up

Set up automatic top-ups so you never run out of credits:

ModeDescription
Fixed amountAlways tops up a specific amount (e.g., $20)
Calculated amountAutomatically based on your average monthly usage

Set a threshold (minimum balance to trigger the top-up) and optionally a maximum cap for the calculated amount.

If you run out of credits and automatic top-up is not set up, SMS and WhatsApp notifications will not be sent. We recommend enabling automatic top-up.
