Smart Locks
Smart locks enable fully automated customer access to your space. When a customer creates a reservation, Reservine automatically generates a unique PIN code valid only during the reserved time slot. The customer receives the code in their confirmation message (email, SMS, or WhatsApp) and simply enters it on the lock's keypad on site. After the reservation ends, the code stops working.
This eliminates the need to hand over keys in person -- an ideal solution for self-service operations like escape rooms, co-working spaces, apartments, or studio rentals.
How It Works
- A customer creates a reservation
- Reservine generates a unique PIN code valid only for the reservation time
- The customer receives the code in their confirmation message
- On site, they enter the code on the lock's keypad -- the door unlocks
- After the reservation ends, the code automatically stops working
The entire process is fully automated and requires no action on your part.
