A marketplace of add-on integrations -- smart locks, SMS notifications, and more with trial periods and subscriptions.
Extensions
Extensions are add-on features that you activate as needed. You'll find them in Settings > Extensions.
Marketplace Structure
Smart Locks
- TTLock -- integration with TTLock smart locks (guide)
- Nuki -- integration with Nuki smart locks (guide)
Additional Integrations
Each card displays the name, description, price, and status badges (trial, active, canceled, expired).
Extension Lifecycle
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Available | Inactive, awaiting activation |
| Trial | Free trial period with full access |
| Active | Subscribed and fully functional |
| Canceled | Active until the end of the paid period |
| Expired | Inactive, can be reactivated |
No charges are made during the trial period. If you don't convert the trial to a subscription, the extension is automatically deactivated.
Activating an Extension
With Trial Period
Click Activate Trial -- the extension is immediately available. The system will notify you before the trial ends.
Purchasing a Subscription
- Click Purchase on the extension card
- Select branches, payment frequency (monthly/yearly), and confirm
- Payment is deducted from your credits
Management and Cancellation
For active extensions, click Manage for subscription details, payment history, and cancellation options. After cancellation, the extension remains active until the end of the billing period.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Extension doesn't activate | Check your credits |
| Trial expired | Purchase a subscription |
| Payment was declined | Verify your payment method in billing |
