Customer Reviews
Customer reviews build trust with new customers. Reservine automatically collects ratings after every visit and displays them on your branch's public page.
How Reviews Work
- The service is marked as completed
- The customer receives a thank-you email with a link to rate (
@reviewLink) - The customer rates their experience (1-5 stars, optionally a text comment)
- The review is displayed on the branch's public page
Automatic review collection requires an active Thank you for visiting notification. Check its settings in Notification Setup.
Displaying Reviews
On the Public Branch Page
Displays the average rating, review count, and individual reviews with stars and text. The rating also appears on the branch card in the branch listing.
In the Admin Panel
For each completed reservation, you can see whether the customer left a rating.
How to Get More Reviews
The key is a well-configured thank-you email:
- Timing -- send 1-2 hours after the visit
- Personal tone -- address the customer by name (
@customerName) - Brief request -- just a thank-you and a link to the rating
- Simple process -- review in under 30 seconds
Reviews cannot be deleted or edited. If you find inappropriate content (profanity, spam), contact Reservine support.
