Memberships & Subscriptions

How to create membership programs with percentage discounts, fixed discounts, or visit bundles, set up subscriptions, and manage membership orders.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership programs build long-term customer relationships and ensure recurring revenue. You'll find them in Memberships in the admin side menu -- the Templates tab for program definitions and Orders for an overview of purchased memberships.

Three Types of Memberships

1. Percentage Discount

Members receive a percentage discount on all reservations for the duration of the membership.

Example: VIP 10% for 300 CZK/month. A 500 CZK service -> member pays 450 CZK. With 4 visits per month, they save 200 CZK.

Ideal for: beauty salons, fitness studios, wellness centers.

2. Fixed Discount

Members receive a fixed amount discount on each reservation.

Example: 100 CZK discount for 200 CZK/month. A 500 CZK service -> member pays 400 CZK. The membership pays for itself after just 3 visits.

Ideal for: businesses with uniform pricing, simple offerings.

3. Visit Bundle

The customer prepays for a set number of visits at a discounted rate.

Example: 10+2 free for 5,000 CZK. Regular price for 12 visits: 6,000 CZK -> savings of 1,000 CZK.

Ideal for: sports centers, massage studios, language schools.

Managing Membership Orders
