Payment Rules

In addition to payment methods, you configure when the customer should pay:

Payment Required Upfront

The customer must pay the full amount when creating the reservation. Suitable for high-demand businesses, online services, or services requiring expensive preparation.

Payment Optional (Pay On-Site)

The customer can choose whether to pay online in advance or on-site during their visit. Suitable for hair salons, beauty salons, and businesses building trust.

Deposit Payment

The customer pays only a portion of the amount upfront (e.g., 30%). The remainder is paid on-site. Suitable for more expensive services, group activities, or special procedures.
