How to customize automatic email content, use dynamic variables, leverage the AI assistant, and create professional customer communication.
Email Templates
Every automated email can be fully customized. Edit the subject line, content, and tone of communication to match your brand. A visual editor, dynamic variables, and an AI assistant are at your disposal.
Where to Find Templates
Go to Settings > Emails in the admin panel. Click on a specific type to open its editor.
Available Template Types
| Email Type | When It's Sent |
|---|---|
| Reservation confirmation | After a reservation is created |
| Pending approval | For reservations requiring approval |
| Reminder | Before the reservation date |
| Rescheduling | When a reservation is moved |
| Cancellation | When a reservation is cancelled |
| No-show | When the customer doesn't show up |
| Thank you for visiting | After the service is completed |
Template Editor
The editor includes a field for the email subject (with variable support), a visual editor for the email body (bold text, headings, links, lists), a preview with real data, and a button to restore the default template.
Restoring the default template cannot be undone. We recommend copying the text before restoring.
Dynamic Variables
Variables are automatically replaced with actual values when the email is sent. You'll find them in the Variables panel in the editor, from where you can insert them with a single click.

The @branchName TeamAI Assistant
In the editor, click AI Assistant, describe the desired tone and style, and the AI will generate a text draft including proper use of variables. Review and edit the text as needed.
Template changes take effect immediately for all future emails. Already sent emails remain unchanged.
