How to track revenue, reservation counts, average order value, and other key business performance metrics.

Reports & Dashboard

The dashboard provides an instant overview of your business performance. You'll find it in Reports in the admin side menu.

Selecting a Period

At the top of the dashboard, choose the period: Today, This Week, or This Month. On desktop, it appears as a segmented control; on mobile, as a dropdown menu.

Key Metrics

Total Revenue (Main Card)

Total revenue for the selected period with a trend arrow and percentage change compared to the previous period.

Reservation Count

Total number of completed reservations with a comparison to the previous period.

Average Order Value

Average amount per reservation. Helps track whether customers are using more expensive services.

Customer Retention

Percentage of customers who returned during the given period.

Dashboard Sections

Today's Section

A quick overview of the current day: scheduled reservations, revenue, and the number of expected customers.

An interactive revenue chart with the option to compare with the previous period. Hovering over the chart shows exact values for a given day.

How to Use the Dashboard

  • Weekly review -- compare with last week, track average value and retention
  • Monthly evaluation -- total revenue vs. target, capacity and customer return rate
  • Identifying patterns -- seasonal fluctuations, individual day workload, campaign impact

The dashboard updates in real time. As soon as a reservation status changes or a payment comes in, the metrics are recalculated immediately.

  • Payment Setup -- revenue configuration that affects the dashboard
  • Vouchers -- discount promotions to boost sales
  • Memberships -- loyalty programs to increase retention
